SAFE OPERATING GUIDE
HOW TO LOAD A MOTORBIKE
When loading a motorbike onto a trailer, the main thing people overlook is the engine bottoming out and the bike dropping.
Here is a quick video showing the dangers involved when loading bikes onto a trailer.
We reccomend you use a step when loading so you dont overstretch your back causing potential injury.
HOW TO TIE DOWN A MOTORBIKE
To secure a motorcycle to a bike trailer, we recommend the use of 3 rated ratchet straps.
Strap 1: Secure the front wheel to the trailer.
Strap 2: Secure the handle bars to prevent side movement.
Strap 3: Secure the rear wheel to the back of the trailer.
Always load the bike engine first to ensure 60% of the load weight is infront of the axle to prevent trailer sway.
Secure the bike in such a way that if the trailer flips, the bike won't move or leave the trailer.
